CRYOZ 2025

CryOZ is the national conference dedicated to cryo-electron microscopy in Australia, held every two years to bring together researchers, imaging specialists, and industry partners working at the frontiers of structural biology and advanced microscopy.
The 2025 edition will take place from 17–18 November at the University of Wollongong, and is jointly chaired by the University of Wollongong, the University of New South Wales, and the University of Sydney.

Join Australia’s growing cryo-electron microscopy community for two days of cutting-edge science, including keynote presentations, contributed talks, poster sessions, and opportunities to connect and collaborate.

Following the main conference, a series of hands-on workshops and masterclasses will run from 19–21 November, hosted across the three organising universities, with support from institutional and industry partners. These sessions will offer a unique opportunity to learn new techniques, explore emerging technologies, and engage with national and international experts in the field.
